I am very satisfied with the design concept. However, their idea of using plastic for what I consider to be the most important element of the product, which is the mounts, is a huge mistake. Especially the bracket that attaches to the door/wall frame. Installation was easy. The instructions were clear and concise. It only took me five minutes to remove the old, unsightly, worn door closer and install the new one. I am a 60 year old woman. When I first opened the door to inspect it, the plastic wall bracket broke right where the pin that attaches the closer goes. Very disappointing. Since I have double screen doors, when I was about to install the second new one I just left the old metal wall bracket that was there holding the door closer to be replaced and proceeded with the installation. it worked, i replaced the broken bracket with an old metal bracket and can use the new closers without having to send them back. I'm sorry I had to do that.
