Fiction so far, absolute monster

*MY FIRST BUILD PC!* Alright. To be honest I was a bit skeptical about my product after reading reviews from hundreds of others who had bad experiences with Skytech. This skepticism was compounded when I read the reviews AFTER I bought the product (I bought the product because my PC builder buddy said it was a great deal). I was admittedly very concerned about the product and the shipping to me (I opted for 2nd day air shipping). Firstly, my delivery was unfortunately delayed. As mentioned, I paid for shipping on the 2nd day and it didn't arrive after two days. I thought of the reviews I had read where people had delivery issues and I thought to myself. Curse. Have I just been scammed with a delivery? So I emailed customer service and they said I received an almost immediate response AND a refund for my shipping. NO QUESTIONS! Fiction! I read that the support team doesn't answer you, don't help you etc. So I was very surprised and happy that they answered me so quickly. It was a great relief. But wait, that's not all. I noticed a discrepancy between UPS delivery and Revain delivery. Revain said my order had shipped but UPS said they hadn't received anything yet, the label had just been made. So that confused me. So I contacted customer service AGAIN and they got back to me straight away and told me everything was taken care of on their end and I had to wait for UPS to scan the item over the weekend (I ordered a PC through Revain on Wednesday ). So I said okay. It is in order. Saturday came, I got an update that the item was scanned by their UPS, on Sunday I got another update that my item would be delivered on Monday! Hooray! So, I received the product yesterday and immediately saw that the box was a little punctured. It was a little discouraging, but I was still optimistic. I opened the box, found the smaller box with the cords in it, and started pulling the item out. There was a huge pocket on the PC itself, which was pretty cool. So I pulled it out, took off my bag. And boy was I hooked. Physically everything looked clean and I started opening the PC's tempered glass door (which is very high quality IMO) and took out the protective foam to prevent the gear from moving during travel (which I appreciate). Unlike other reviewers here, I got my correct GPU, SSD and all items. I'm so happy about it! It works great (today T+1 since I've had a PC) and I'm very optimistic about the future of the PC. I'm planning to buy a better monitor today and I'll see how it goes. But so far I'm very happy and grateful that everything went as advertised. Hope that helps!
