I already had a similar egg pan that I used in my pressure cooker, but the recipe I'm using calls for 14 instead of 7, so I really needed a second pan, which I didn't have two to make portions. I saw this single pan with an additional rack with rubberized grips and thought it was the perfect solution. Naturally! The pan was exactly the same size as the one I already had and the two pans stack perfectly on the included rack. Now I can cook scrambled eggs in one go and cut the time in half. I like that the silicone mold is easy to clean. Nothing sticks there. The eggs pop instantly and I don't even have to pre-chill them. I just take the lid off, put a plate on top and turn it over. I squeeze each pod a little and the scrambled eggs pop out pretty neatly! Great offer. And while my pressure cooker came with a steamer rack, the handles are straight metal and need to be gripped with a hot pad, so this rack with rubberized handles makes removal that much easier.
