I have had many audio devices in my life and this is one of the most enjoyable purchases of my life. I use them as monitors when digitizing my vinyl and as computer speakers when listening to music on YouTube. I bought these to replace a fine pair of (relatively) high-end Paradigm bookshelf speakers that started rattling on one of the cones when I clipped them. It's also paired with an 8-inch Acoustic Research subwoofer and a Harmon/Kardon receiver that puts out a really clean 75 watts. Trust me, he kicks ass! - The rounded corners also help.
