Kitchen Dining Eccentric Roller

Barrel has a large diameter hole drilled off center and two thin plastic bushings from which a steel shaft hangs. Two tiny buttons are precariously attached to the shaft. Because it's off-center, the roller moves up and down as it spins. In addition to poor functionality, design and construction are also unacceptable. Not recommended.
