Why does an air compressor advertise 125psi but only pump to 40psi? I didn't notice anywhere in the listing that this pump is only for passenger tires, but the instructions clearly state that they are only for passenger tires. I was trying to inflate my 3/4 ton truck tire from a completely flat condition and got to 40psi in 10 minutes and the pump got very hot. A few months later I inflated my light trailer tires to 45psi from 35 or so and on the second tire the pump stopped and the LED screen showed "ERROR". It no longer downloads. upset.
