I like that it is an easy to use tool, and they provide some training courses for free to help you get started. The pricing structure can be confusing at first, as there are no upfront costs or commitment from either party (you pay monthly). There isn't much in terms of support staff available 24/7; however, their forums have been very helpful in getting your questions answered quickly when needed. For most small businesses, this tool will suffice unless you need more features than what's included with it. We used it for client reporting. It made our job easier by providing access via the web instead of requiring us to send clients physical reports each month.
