I like how they helped me understand my needs in order for us as an organization move forward with our data management requirements; which was something we were lacking at this point! The only thing is their pricing model can seem expensive since it's not really low cost compared to other solutions out there but when you do take advantage of some opportunities such as discounts or early payment options then your ROI becomes more clear (which makes sense).

We have been able solve so many problems using intectl technology from them - Data migration/migration between environments / Backup automation etc..
