Review on π¨οΈ Original HP 952 Black Ink Cartridge for HP OfficeJet Printers - Eligible for Instant Ink Program by Dennis Brinson
I RECEIVED A BARE INK CARTRIDGE
Although the cartridge was in the HP box when I opened it, it was NOT in the normal foil wrapper and there was no plastic strip to remove before installation. And the printer keeps saying replace cartridge that the cartridge is empty. I've tried everything. Now a geek friend says other companies are pirating packaging and selling recycled empty cartridges. No stars at all
