Help for dry pencils
I had a couple of fountain pens that I used a few years ago and the ink cartridges were either dry or the ink in the pens was dry and it was difficult to get all the old ink out of the pens. I soaked them in a cleaning solution and ended up cleaning most of the old ink. I think I used ammonia as suggested by some users for some of the most stubborn pens.
