This pan gets all the fat out of the meatloaf. This is my second skillet. Helps make healthier meatloaf for your family. The non-stick coating ensures that it doesn't stick to the pan and practically slips out. Have been using the old one for 20 years! But after all this time and use it started scratching because my kids were sticking forks into it. It's time for a new one and this model is excellent! It is heavy and easy to clean. Ideal!
