Once I received this remote and installed the batteries correctly, the only function it had was to turn on the green light. Period! At least the first remote worked, except the right arrow didn't work. I couldn't use the right directional arrow in the Select Guide operation. There are no quality control specialists here? I have Direct TV and use the exact same remotes. The one I need to replace doesn't work properly on some commonly used channel numbers. I will be returning this one and trying another.
