This tool helps me see how my ad concepts are performing across channels which gives us confidence about our campaigns as we move forward into new territories or try out different media plans for existing markets. The dashboards make it easy to drill down further if required but I do wish there was more flexibility around choosing what metrics you want displayed (eg number vs cost per click etc). If used effectively this can give insights at an early stage of any campaign allowing marketers who may not have years’ worth of experience under their belt to get off lightly! We use CIB from time to day providing real insight into performance against targets so no longer need complex spreadsheets using ROLO / PAS platforms - just one dashboard allows everyone involved access too critical information without having multiple copies lying around.
