Great all-inclusive solution without investing lots in licensing

I like how easy it was for us to use the service and its accessibility to our entire team. The support team is also great, always there when you need them. They will help however they can to make sure your needs are met. There are few things I don't particularly like about the product. I wish they had more templates available. For example, we couldn't really find anything to use with the sales process. It's pretty straight forward though once you figure out what you want to do. You're able to…

Easy to setup and deploy in minutes - Great team collaboration tool

The ease of use, it's fast response time when you need help with troubleshooting or training new users for specific tasks/queries etc., its flexibility (can be used as both cloud service /on premise), can run multiple instances per environment which makes scaling easy! No dislike about this product but would like more integration options such us Slack & Zoom into our ChatOps solution within workflows so we could have one place where all communication takes places instead using many different…

Great platform to operate different operations in few minutes

The system allows me do everything I need with one application, it's very easy for use by anyone without technical knowledge of computers or any programming skills necessary! It has almost all functions you could ask about such as emailing customers/prospects etc., contacting people via phone calls (voice recognition), scheduling events like meetings & presentationsetc..
