The tool allows me as an agency owner/manager of multiple clients in different industries (retail & non-profit)to manage all accounts from one place! I love that it can be used for both client side AND my own personal use when needed!! It's not perfect but we are working towards making improvements with their team at this time - so far they have been great about responding quickly whenever issues arise or questions come up. We're able solve our problems together rather than having two separate tools which makes things more efficient overall since there isn't duplicate work being done by each person separately.- Ability track performance across platforms like Facebook Ads,- ability create custom audiences using data pulled directly off FB ads account-, easy access into your analytics dashboard where you see what works best within certain campaigns etc... This helps us make better decisions moving forward without any wasted effort due solely because someone forgot something was supposed do last week vs actually doing now.
