Good, but a design flaw
These pullers aren't bad. One problem is that the locking lever is held in the locked/closed position by a plastic handle. It's possible to quickly cut the plastic handle with a utility knife, but with the right design it's not necessary. Other than that, it's a good tool. It's similar (though not as high quality) to what was sold in radio stores when they existed.
