For the past few years, I've bought cheap hiking shoes because I thought it was the way to go, and they always came off where the upper meets the sole. Time will tell if it was a coup. So far their comfort, fit and water resistance seem really good.
Pros
- I love the way it laces up (the laces are tight around the heel). Fits perfectly and I had no break-in period.
Cons
- Boots may not be suitable for people with flat feet.
