The ability for users without any programming knowledge or experience can create their own templates that are easy enough so they don't have problems once deployed within an organization (or even across multiple organizations).

Some features require some coding skill but this isn’t something I dislike because most people who do not code will be able to figure out how things work if given time/training. It would also help greatly if there were more training materials available online as well since many times when trying to use new functionality we find ourselves having questions about what certain functions mean /do/. This software has helped our team save hours upon hours per month just doing simple tasks like creating dashboards etc..
