The COOKSMARK Internet Store: A Surefire Way to Fail

I recently placed an order with COOKSMARK's online shop, and I really wish I hadn't. The website was cumbersome and frustrating to use; I had a hard time understanding what I was purchasing due to inadequate product descriptions and poor quality images. The cookware was even worse than I had feared when my shipment eventually came. Peeling nonstick coating and hot enough handles to cook an egg: signs of overuse. Customer service was about as helpful as a burnt pancake when I called them. Shipping was sluggish, and my products were dented and scuffed when they finally came. They must have used my package as a soccer ball on the way here! In general, COOKSMARK's web store is not one I'd advise patrons to shop at. You'd do better to visit a secondhand store and look for some used cookware. At least you won't have to shell out a hefty sum of money for a useless product.

Pros
  • easy buying online
Cons
  • Poorly explained goods
