Review on Polytech LIS by Klassic Duncan

It is easy to navigate through each section. The customer service provided was outstanding! I had questions about how it worked or what could be done better; they were quickly answered with suggestions that helped me make changes in my system without any issues at all from their end. My only issue would have been if there were multiple accounts set up under one login/name but this wasn't an issue as far as we can tell since everything seemed fine when working out our initial setup. We needed something where staff members didn't need access to every patient's information so that patients weren't being seen twice because someone forgot who saw them last week (or month). This has solved that problem very well!
