It is easy to navigate through each section. The customer service provided was outstanding! I had questions about how it worked or what could be done better; they were quickly answered with suggestions that helped me make changes in my system without any issues at all from their end. My only issue would have been if there were multiple accounts set up under one login/name but this wasn't an issue as far as we can tell since everything seemed fine when working out our initial setup. The most helpful component is that it makes data entry much faster! I can enter my information once into one location (like an online patient portal) then copy/paste to each document without having repeat work or typing in twice as often!! It also helps with cross referencing between different departments so we don't have double entries where needed if there's discrepancies from our records vs their EMR system OR vice versa.
