Videos and photos don't look as good as the MP number suggests, but they're okay. The IR flash is great and overall the camera is small and light. Management is quite simple and it is possible to erase data from the card, which is convenient. What annoys me the most and will keep me from buying another Browning is the time-lapse viewer software and the camera's file type. Instead of recording videos in AVI or another common file type, the camera uses TLS. Some popular video software works with TLS, but not many. Therefore, TL and video clips captured with this camera will not work on most other video viewers. And of course the viewer doesn't play video from most other cameras. The program has some very interesting features. With the motion detection function, you can scan TL footage and stop on footage with motion. It has frame advance, screenshot and save functions. What is inexplicable is that the full screen option is not activated. It seemed so strange that I contacted the factory. Until the OSD space is allocated, about 1/4 of my screen real estate is taken up by the actual video. Something else I noticed that broke the deal was TL's playback speed. It works from 1x to 8x, but increasing the speed will not increase the playback speed. The software simply skips frames and runs them at the same speed. So instead of seeing all the faster frames, I only see one frame out of eight. It's clear that I can miss a lot. It's all disappointing for a high cost camera compared to the competition. March 2020 I have been using this camera for several months and have just downgraded my rating to 2 stars. The software you must use for some playbacks contains errors. It crashes frequently and is very annoying. I will never buy a Browning camera again.
