came quickly as promised. Maybe I'm missing something, but I swear I remember reading somewhere that this would work for hockey. Although it's 4 x 6 wide (barely), it wasn't deep enough to cover the top shelf and reach the rear vertical tube and base. Okay ok I just removed the top shelf and back pipe. I like the red piping caps, pretty cool although the mesh feels a little flimsy. Okay, let's see how he handles the slapshot. Hit! Where did the puck go? . . . Ouch! Ripped right through the net. Luckily I have a #18 Twisted Knotted Nylon Backstop, 10 feet tall (from Just For Nets, also from Revain) that kept the puck from going through the back wall of my garage. The bottom line is that this grid is NOT made for hockey biscuits. My boys and I will enjoy it, but I'll have to replace it with something more permanent next season. If you use it for tennis balls and the like, everything is fine.
