⚽ Mylec Red and White Goal Replacement Netting with Sleeve Review

Low price, normal quality. It's great for your kids to play ball in the driveway, but I doubt an adult with a puck can handle it.

My kids were scoring goals a few years ago, the nets ended up breaking so we got a replacement. They provide hours of outdoor fun so we replaced them and they're a hit again!

I've bought several of these over the years and the last 2 I bought fell apart within a month of use. The rope just isn't strong enough for a plastic puck thrown by an 8 year old, so be the judge. If Zetterberg filmed on the net for a month, I would understand that he would fall apart, but not a small child. I wouldn't recommend it until Mylec moves production from a 3rd world cesspool to the US.

came quickly as promised. Maybe I'm missing something, but I swear I remember reading somewhere that this would work for hockey. Although it's 4 x 6 wide (barely), it wasn't deep enough to cover the top shelf and reach the rear vertical tube and base. Okay ok I just removed the top shelf and back pipe. I like the red piping caps, pretty cool although the mesh feels a little flimsy. Okay, let's see how he handles the slapshot. Hit! Where did the puck go? . . . Ouch! Ripped right through the net.

I was glad that the net can be bought separately without buying the whole set. However, the disassembly and reassembly turned out to be MUCH more time consuming than I expected considering it was outdoors from the start and showed some rust and wear. After it was finally assembled with the new mesh, it still didn't look right. This replacement network states that it works with 3 different model numbers. Mine is 52 inches wide but the mesh fits very loosely like it was made for a larger model…
