There was no direct way to add an editor or client manager to our account. I had to contact them directly to have one added to the account. This could be done easily with other ad platforms so it should not be an issue but their support made it seem like they were purposely trying to make it difficult. The benefit of having multiple people upload video at the same time and then getting constructive feedback from you clients is great.
