This really sucks. Quality cutting requires quality tools. Even using a razor blade as suggested by others doesn't work. Watching videos on how to cut better didn't help either. One mistake means the whole set is ruined and you will have to buy a whole new pack as there is only enough for one perfect haircut. I tried trimming the outside as suggested but when I tried to separate the edges I dragged and removed too much where the original red lettering was exposed. Again. Save time and money and stop buying.
