I bought this to use as a Surface Go dock and it works great for connecting to a 4K monitor and USB keyboard. I've been using it daily for a few weeks and have never had a problem, as long as I'm careful with the neck of the USB-C connector, as with all cables, it's a common spot to get damaged with rough use. I couldn't use fast charging on the adapter since I don't have a fan, but I tried using regular USB-C and Surface Go recognizes it as an external charging port. Overall, this is a very handy and compact hub. I am happy with my purchase.
