SONY tech support is just awful the cable that was included did not work, I wanted to use it until I bought a bluetooth 5.0 adapter, it turned out to be a marriage, technical support promised to answer and did not answer, but you could answer like normal brands and just replace the cable disappointed for such a small thing Bought in a Sony brand store with an additional guarantee
- the sound from the android is very good, strong noise reduction, drowns out almost everything pleasant ear pads and almost no pressure on the head, not bad but not low price
- the sound from the computer is bad, Sony has some very simple codec for a computer and a poppy, as a result, the sound is much worse, there is no software for a computer and a poppy. The noise reduction is too strong, I turn it off so that my head does not get tired of listening .
