The customer service at this firm is amazing! They will go above an beyond for you every time that I have needed them over my 13 year tenure with their organization (2 different companies).

Their products are fantastic as well - they work flawlessly!! Nothing so far except great team of people who take care of customers every step along way we've been dealing together. Highly recommend these folks when looking into your CRM solution/product selection process or just needing help getting up & running quickly if its something totally new like Salesforce etcetera. We use it daily not only internally but also externally via sales reps using our custom apps built within SSO which has enabled us seamless integration between all 3 parties involved including accounting departments.
