Fantastic Customer Service & Products - Would HIGHLY recommend!

The customer service at this firm is amazing! They will go above an beyond for you every time that I have needed them over my 13 year tenure with their organization (2 different companies). Their products are fantastic as well - they work flawlessly!! Nothing so far except great team of people who take care of customers every step along way we've been dealing together.   • Great product, top notch support staff / consultants to backstop everything from initial set up thru ongoing management issues in both self hosted solutions plus SFDC cloud deployment scenarios where appropriate.etc..all good stuff ! No complaints here whatsoever about any interaction during 15 years working wth BBSCM's techs since day 1
