I cook tamale several times a year with family and friends, they want to help and hope to reap the rewards lol. We usually have a big tamale dinner and everyone goes home with a few dozen tamales. Last week I was planning to make tamales with my family but due to living conditions I had to do everything; this will be my first test with this new tool. it was wonderful!
