This tent can be set up without assistance in under an hour. As with many things, I wish it was a little bigger, or I had to store a little less junk. However, I was able to fit two adult beach bikes, my lawn mower, a weed trimmer and a large dog house. I couldn't zip up the bottom, but I did zip up both sides. Personally, I pitched the tent in the corner of my property with a four foot wire fence and attached the tent not only to the ground but also to the fence with two elastic cords and a rope. It didn't budge, although a hurricane or tornado could easily have blown it away. Tent pegs are ridiculous, and if this is going to be a freestanding structure, buy extra tent pegs and a pack of long elastic cords. I don't know if all bungee cords are the same color-coded, but I used blue cord on one side for the fence and green cord on the top and fence, plus some twine to tie the three posts closest to the fence at the back and right at the fence. It wasn't because, as an avid hiker, I didn't believe in my camping skills, but because the tent pegs were so lacking in their ability to hold the ground. I pulled out my hammer to use it, but I really liked the 4" hex wrenches and just drove them into the rough ground with my fingertips. Apparently they are holding on because the tent hasn't moved an inch. Overall good value for money and I would buy again.
