This is a good fast yo-yo for basic classic yo-yo tricks. It has a good, solid feel, but it's not as responsive as I like. I added some trimmer oil to the bearing and it helped a bit but the loop is still not as good as I was hoping. Nothing beats my Duncan Speed Beetle for looping. Update: I put a pair of Duncan Friction Responsive Pads over the Starburst and it works much better now and I can get a few more loops. It's a bit heavy and tends to curl up, and the weight really pulls the loop of cord on my finger. I still like it and don't intend to give it to Goodwill like I give some of my yoyos. This is the goalkeeper. Update: I still can't loop this yoyo as well as my Speed Beetle, but I can make better jumps with it than any of my other yoyos.
