I ordered 1 size up, I usually wear women's size 10, but they were out of stock at the time and I needed steel toe caps FAST, so I ordered women's size 11 and received them within 2 days. All of our feet are different, but ordering one size up is actually a good choice for me. They don't seem HEAVY, I had to smash them. Like most steel socks, which are NOT EXTREMELY comfortable. But the best I've had so far.
