Review on 🔵 AQUATOP MR-20 Multimedia Reactor: Advanced Filtration System with Built-in Pump by Luisana Brooks

Bought this for my seawater tank as I need a reactor on a budget. The reactor seems to break easily so I'll be careful when assembling it. I'm running GFO in it and my pump flow is too high so I spilled some GFO in my swamp/refuge. Flow adjusted and everything is fine now. Do you feel like it's cheaply made? Yes. (You get what you pay for) Is the pump powerful enough? Yes. Hence the GFO spill. Is working? So far with GFO yes. After just 10 hours of work, my phosphate levels dropped significantly. In general I am very satisfied with the purchase. So if you've spent most of your money setting up your aquarium and need a reactor on a budget, I would recommend this one. 05/05/18 - A blend of carbon-GFO made and packaged so that the carbon is not crushed by GFO. The valve is fully open and the pump is pretty weak so I'm eating my words lol. Works fine only with gfo. Carbon-GFO blend isn't that much. Would recommend if you are on a budget though.
