So I have a story, but it has a happy ending. I received one of these blocks but one of the blocks didn't work. The company worked with me and did everything right. They sent me replacements and everything works. The picture quality is beautiful. The sound is much better than other devices. I love that you can invite them to watch the same show or have their own DVDs to watch. And this device has memory, which was a necessity for me. I would recommend buying additional holders for more reliability. Besides, I love it.
