It's easy to collaborate with my colleagues from all over Europe (via Slack). I can easily add or remove cards directly within our kanboard board through the website without having to send files via email attachment every time. We are using this tool also at work so that we could share knowledge across departments and different geographies when working remotely during COVID-19 lockdown period. Some features need some improvement but overall experience has been good till now. As mentioned earlier there would be better UX if you want to have many users accessing your product/website regularly. Also we had issues while integrating slack into the system which took quite sometime. To solve ticketing problem where tickets get lost between user's hands.
