Review on Silver Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 25mm F1.8 Lens for Micro Four Thirds Cameras by Kia Adams

It might be good if you can get a good specimen

I tried 3 specimens of this lens and they are all very off center so the left side of the image is very soft. Looking through images, I can see that the left side focus is much closer to the camera than the rest of the frame. I'm going to give away one of his now. If after 3 copies I don't have a working one, I can live without it. I have Olympus 12, 17, 45, 60 and 75mm lenses and zooms and this is the first problem I had. 3 specimens with the same defect indicates a serious manufacturing problem and I am not their quality control department. By the way, I'm a professional photographer and have a few dozen lenses. I don't usually "test" lenses or look at pixels. I am interested in real photography and if I like the results then I think the lens is good. In this case when I received it I took a few shots to make sure it was working and immediately noticed that the left side was very soft and then proceeded to test it.
