This PA/Intercom system could be the answer to our inflight communications. Running a small sightseeing steamboat business and need clear communication with my crew and passengers. I can't look forward to running more cables any time soon, but the final install looks great and the device does what it says on the tin. HOWEVER, I experience a constant rhythmic pulsing buzz, similar to the noise you hear when the FM radio is too close to a cell phone (RF interference). Our 12 volt battery is passive, the alternator or charger is not working, there are no radios or cell phones in close proximity.? All wiring was carried out according to the instructions. Is this normal or could the device be defective?
