Based on my experience, this bakeware is fantastic. It`s made of high-quality metal and is long enough to handle even the largest pastry jobs. The silver finish adds a touch of elegance to any kitchen. One downside is the lack of a non-stick coating, but a little cooking spray or flour solves that issue.
