I am an African American with natural hair 4a. I have bought so many irons from cheap to expensive. At one point I had about 7 Sedu irons in my bathroom closet which I thought were the best based on the reviews, CHI (a.), Instyler (whatever), Gold n Hot (Gold, a not), etc. But then I took my 14 year old daughter to iron her natural hair for her 8th grade lunch in May and her hair is so amazing. I saw the straightener the hairdresser was using and decided to order it. By the way, my daughter has twice as much hair as me and it's thicker and my hair is fine. Anyway, we couldn't wait for it to come out so we could use it and make sure the beautician didn't have a secret product she was using (you know what that means, secret shampoo and conditioner in different bottles). But this straightener is everything I wanted in a hair tool! Our hair was smooth, shiny, light, I already said shiny! It's amazing how all these hair tools doing the same thing can produce such different results. H2Pro is now a staple in my home. I feel like I've been looking for the right hair tools for years. I spend hours in makeup stores looking for the right tools and hair products so you can imagine what it's like to finally be so happy with one of these. Combined with some great hair products I've stumbled upon on YouTube and ordered here on Amazon, I think I've found my dream hair products and tools team. I'm actually considering buying another one because sometimes I take it to work and my daughter goes nuts.
