NOT attached to Honda CRV 2009 -

The top and bottom hooks don't fit my SUV. Before purchasing I checked their website to make sure it was compatible between the trunk and my car. The hooks on the sides scratch the paint. Soft bumpers protected the car well. Folds up fairly easily. I don't like that bikes are only secured with a small piece of Velcro - even the instructions recommend using a bungee cord in addition to the rack. Am I not paying for this rack to store my bikes?
