Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!
After receiving them at the end of April, I promptly took two journeys to Hong Kong and back. Collectively, it amounts about 2200 kilometers. If someone knows what kind of road Tikhvin has (there is basically none; all you'll find are potholes now that they've started fixing them), he will. Since I was driving at night, I did not notice any potholes. These tires were able to take a beating without bursting. Furthermore, I was not as uneasy as I had been in the rain. I did not feel like I was losing control of the car at 110 km/h (no longer able to drive in ordinary rain) thanks to the puddle-resistant tread of these tires. They stop quickly even on wet asphalt, however I didn't try to lock all four wheels. These are the best tires you can get, in my opinion. The price went up from $1.530 to $1.730 per 175/65 R14 tire just as I was considering making a purchase. They should be valued higher than that.
- The dry asphalt it stands up nicely, and the wet asphalt isn't horrible either, plus it's cheap.
- Compared to other tires I've owned, these aren't the quietest. But they don't yell either (they're not the softest, in my opinion). Tires with worn bearings that haven't been rotated in a while.
