Mediocre sound - Home Audio

Pros: Inexpensive, attractive, all the necessary cables and adapters are included (including an optical cable that I needed but didn't have), easy plug and -play, playback from TV, other external sources, Bluetooth or even mp3 on a USB stick. A cheap soundbar that looks good but sounds cheap. When I carefully plugged in the optical cable, the jack broke and went into the soundbar. It still works, but that was a good indication of the quality I got. To be honest the sound quality of this device is no better than my LG TV's cheap built-in speakers, the only difference is that it's a bit louder. If I turn up the volume on the soundbar too much, the speakers will be overwhelmed with distortion. The same goes for playing Pandora over Bluetooth. All mids and distortion if too high. If you're looking for an immersive sound or home theater experience, keep looking. If you just want a little more power than your low-power built-in TV speakers can deliver, this is a cheap way to get one and it's easy to set up. You get what you pay for.
