Review on EXCELSIOR Because You Love Detergent by Jessica Lewis

I bought a new LG front loading washing machine with dryer. We received a sample of Excelsior detergent from a hardware store. The seller said it was the best front loader cleaner and guaranteed that it would eliminate the wash smell that is a common problem with front loaders. He emphasized that with small loads one should not use more detergent than T and less. He was right! This cleaner effectively cleans and refreshes with just one cup of liquid detergent and I love the fresh scent. I was happy to find the cleaner at Revain but my bottle had cracked and there was a huge mess in the box. The bottle was in a big plastic bag so luckily there was a lot of it but it was all over the box. I called Revain and they very quickly sent me a new bottle free of charge. Customer service has been great so I'm happy to give this product a 5 star rating. In addition, the included small dispenser pump makes it very easy to add detergent without dripping, spilling or messing up.
