Review on Belkin Wireless MIMO 4 Port Router by Doug Davis

I decided to order this router based on the reviews. I was excited when it arrived but it never worked. Not a single light came on, even after several painstaking attempts to "remake" it following the included instructions, website instructions, and the hard-to-understand phone tech support. I spent a lot of time on the phone and followed all the instructions and solution ideas to no avail. We couldn't get a single lightbulb to blink. I checked the outlets, they work fine. The device is/was a total failure. The technician ran out of ideas and decided I should be transferred. I waited an hour in limbo before deciding to connect my computer directly to the modem to check the return information here. I kept waiting while considering this option and finally filled out the form and printed the label. After the transfer, no one ever answered my call, but that's ok as I'd rather just get my money back and keep using Linksys. I'm glad Revain makes returns so easy.
