Label search and design software is not for the faint of heart. I have tried many over the past 10 years and have been disappointed by each one. I was hoping Neato would be different. Instead I have to say that this might be the WORST of many. If you're not an Adobe Photoshop pro and are using Neato's "Online Software" to design your label, good luck. It's error-prone, incredibly slow, and difficult to edit, with text boxes and other uploaded images losing their editability if you leave and try to come back. And the worst, after spending 3-6 hours developing a simple label setup, the online system won't allow you to print your creation, thus nullifying all your work. Printing should be done by converting the designer's template to PDF for download. Much luck. That does not work. And, of course, there's no phone customer support, although Neato does provide a number. When you call, the message will ask you to send an email. Also, the system does not allow you to save your work. Be prepared to spend a whole day on this as you won't be able to save and close to come back to it later. Finally after I registered and created a template that can only be described as level 6 hell, lost my template because I couldn't print and thought I could start over, I had to register again when I opened my browser again. Imagine - a website that cannot remember its owners. My advice: it's garbage. Do not worry. You will spend hours getting nothing in return and end up angry. save your money
