I like that it's easy to customize, can be changed frequently without any issues in terms of functionality or impact with other applications/solutions within our system as well has great customer support when needed! There really is nothing negative about this software but if there was something we've run into - which does not happen everyday by all means let us know so improvements may come forth next time around.- The ability from day one being able understand how each application impacts others- Ability (and desire) build out multiple scenarios & test them daily ensuring accuracy / proper functions across many different departments at once vs just doing 1 department every 2 weeks etc-. It is integrated with SAP and gives the visibility to all the data related to asset maintenance.It is very easy to use and gives the control over all the asset maintenance related data. It is very user friendly and has a great feature of the asset maintenance data monitoring and reporting. I found the asset maintenance data monitoring and reporting feature the best. It has given me the visibility to all the asset maintenance data.
