I'm in love with baking tools and accessories

I'm in love. I can't believe how well this little press works. Yesterday when I used it for the first time I felt like a genius. I agree that the camera is small, but the results are so good that I don't mind tanking often. Also agree that the included recipe is not what most people in the US would at least call a spritz, but more of an actual bread biscuit (not a biscuit like the UK biscuit). After trying the included recipe my kids didn't like it either so I went back to my traditional spritz recipe and next time I'll take the advice to chill the dough, the shape was good but they were a bit runny . One of my favorite things that I mentioned before is that the dough is not wasted, the press is very efficient. I had a Williams Sonoma bench that was decent but broke after 15 years and then I got an OXO that didn't work at all and I got rid of it. This press is wonderful compared to my previous two. Hard drives are really taking the forms they should be. Have fun. Oh and I don't mind a neat and ruffled box because it's such a pretty blue colour, I love looking at it! None of the quirks on these abs were enough to give me 5 stars after seeing the results.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Communication with seller
