Works well wall to wall
I bought this railing to use on my stairs but ended up using it elsewhere. I ordered a part for the stair spindle but it didn't fit this gate. Now I know it has to be an 8mm spindle bit. All other ladder items are not suitable for this gate. Overall this is a great goal and it does what it's supposed to do, my son couldn't knock it down but it does have one downside that I can think of. If your child is like mine, they'll try to put their foot through the bars, and if their feet are fat, they'll get stuck (although they're easy to get out), but like anything else, kids require adult supervision !
